Concert by Polish-Israeli Symphony Orchestra

The youth orchestra of Polish and Israeli musicians will be led by Maestra Anna Sułkowska-Migoń, cooperating with orchestras in Poland and abroad, winner of the prestigious La Maestra competition in Paris (2022), winner of the Taki Alsop Fellowship Award Recipient 2022-2024 as well as  the Polityka Passport 2022.

During the concert, the VIII Symphony op. 83 “Polish Flowers” will be performed. The authors are two outstanding artists of Jewish descent – composer Mieczysław Weinberg and Julian Tuwim, author of the timeless poem “Polish Flowers”. The symphony is one of the most valuable works of M. Weinberg.

A world premiere of “Tenebrae”, composed especially for this occasion by the famous Polish composer Elżbieta Sikora will also be performed during the gala.
